1. Digital Products and Online Courses
All products sold by RuiDigital — including but not limited to online courses, digital downloads, templates, and resources — are digital in nature and delivered electronically.
Because access to these materials is granted instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a product or course has been purchased or accessed.
2. Reason for No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, once materials are delivered, there is no way to “return” or revoke access to the content.
This policy helps protect the integrity of our intellectual property and ensures fairness for all customers.
We encourage you to review all product information carefully before making a purchase and to contact us with any questions prior to checkout.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be granted in the following rare cases:
You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue; or
A duplicate order was processed by mistake and access was not used.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at ruichen@ruidigital.com with your order details and payment confirmation.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the relevant payment processors and may result in account termination or legal action.
5. Product Access Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course or download, please email us at ruichen@ruidigital.com and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Access problems are not considered grounds for a refund but will be resolved promptly through technical support.
